    This thing is always in beast mode. We entertained 30 people for a crawfish/king crab boil and this cooker was so fast and efficient it cut my cook time in half. I already had a Bayou Classic burner and needed another one to get the job done, by far the noise of this burner let’s you know that it means business. It’s solid, I used a 62 qt stock pot by Bayou Classic.It took around 9 mins for my pot to be ready.
    Pros: Extreme Fast heating and good carrying capacity.
    Cons: That little hook holding the gas line will fall off the little hood that it is attached to by a skimpy weld.
