I was wondering how you regulate the temperature.. it has a vent that you can slide open slightly medium or wide open. It came with a peel ,(to put in your pizza
or bread) it also came with a pizza stone and came with a really nice cover ! I totally recommend this pizza oven. Well worth ever penny
