Wonderful for stir frying…On my 4-burner grill, I can vary the temperature across the griddle.Easy clean-up, and very well built.The lattice bottom prevents warping.It’s also wonderful for cooking splattery foods, like bacon…Instead of making it inside, and spending more time cleaning up than cooking, you just go outside, make it on your grill-top griddle, and the splattering doesn’t matter.If you want to make steaks on it with a cross-hatch grill mark, you can use and inverted cooling rack on the griddle, and it works pretty well…but it really isn’t necessary. This really adds versatility to an gas grill.
