I had always wanted a hot tub when I bought my first home but they were always so expensive. While shopping on Wayfair one day I came across the Plug and Play hot tubs and was blown away by the price and the reviews. I did a lot of shopping around online and went through all the reviews/pictures/YouTube videos and chose to go with this one and could not be happier. I’ll explain from start to finish for those who are questioning whether or not to purchase this…
When I first placed my order in Mid November, I was told it was not going to ship to me until around mid January. The hot tub came earlier than expected and the delivery guys put it in our garage and it comes sitting on a big pallet with lots of plastic wrapping protection. I suggest using a flat dolly and placing it right under the middle of the hot tub (taking it off the pallet obviously) and rolling it to your designated area. Me and my spouse were able to move it and place it easily together.
The instructions were pretty straight forward to follow. Do NOT plug in the tub until after you fill it up so you do not ruin the jets. It took only about 20 minutes to fill up the tub with hose water and took approximately 24 hours to reach 102 degrees and it was perfect temperature. I live in Vancouver, Canada so it has already started to get really cold outside and considering our hose water was very cold filling up I was surprised how quick it took as I saw some reviews saying it took over 48 hours to heat up. The led lights inside are so pretty and you can choose which color you want or can do a fast light change or a slow light changing setting.
We went to a local spa supply store and they gave me a starter kit for about $130 and pretty simple instructions. We threw in some chlorine crystals and got in tonight for the first time and all we can say is… WOW! Amazing, amazing, amazing and for the price it cannot be beat. The temperature held its reading well considering the outdoor temp. It went from 102 to 100 degrees in about an hour which was still perfect and you can’t even tell the difference. The jets are super strong and I have been in $30,000+ hot tubs and these are on par with them. In fact, we had to lower the pressure a few times because they were nice and strong. The thermal cover that’s included is also really nice and keeps the heat locked in.
The only disclaimer is if you plan on having any hot tub parties or 4 people in it, as the other reviews state, it is very tight only in the leg/feet area. So if you don’t mind wrapping some legs together or touching feet, you’ll be fine. Otherwise, going with a 5 person tub may be better for you.
It is only our first night using it but I can already tell you I plan on using this almost every night, it’s the best money I have ever spent and well worth every penny for a luxury item! Thanks Wayfair!!!

Pretty easy install, the hardest part were Balancingthe chemicals. I have a salt water pool and much easier to maintain. The only thing I’m trouble with is chlorine level! Keeps dissipating quickly. I find myself adding once a day.

I have to give this a 5! I live in Alberta, Canada. We experience some of the coldest temperatures in all of North America, so we were nervous to buy a plug and play relatively cheaper hot tub. We’ve had the tub for almost a year, and use it almost daily, but it wasn’t until this very week where our temperatures hit -44c/-48f that I could really tell it was built well.We don’t have our surrounded or in a hot tub house, it sits in the back of the yard, in the elements, like a champ. This morning at -35c I went and opened the lid to make sure it didn’t freeze, and the water was a perfect 104f.So for any northerners, or Canadians questioning if this will do the trick. Not only does it do the truck, it does it well.Now I HATE to give wayfair a good review, because wayfair themselves suck and their customer service sucks- but this hot tub is the real deal and I wouldn’t hesitate to re-buy.

Pretty easy install, the hardest part were Balancingthe chemicals. I have a salt water pool and much easier to maintain. The only thing I’m trouble with is chlorine level! Keeps dissipating quickly. I find myself adding once a day.
Tub is awesome! Seating is perfect and comfortable. Jets are pretty powerful for a plug in play. I would definitely recommend this tub! Hope she lasts!

I have to give this a 5! I live in Alberta, Canada. We experience some of the coldest temperatures in all of North America, so we were nervous to buy a plug and play relatively cheaper hot tub. We’ve had the tub for almost a year, and use it almost daily, but it wasn’t until this very week where our temperatures hit -44c/-48f that I could really tell it was built well.We don’t have our surrounded or in a hot tub house, it sits in the back of the yard, in the elements, like a champ. This morning at -35c I went and opened the lid to make sure it didn’t freeze, and the water was a perfect 104f.So for any northerners, or Canadians questioning if this will do the trick. Not only does it do the truck, it does it well.Now I HATE to give wayfair a good review, because wayfair themselves suck and their customer service sucks- but this hot tub is the real deal and I wouldn’t hesitate to re-buy.

It’s a great starter spa. It’s perfect for the price, comfortable. We love that it doesn’t take a lot of space on the patio and the plug and play feature takes the added electrician work out of it. I totally recommend this Hot Tub.

Have been using this from the second day after unloading it.Took a good thirty minutes to fill up and 24 hours to heat up.Works great can’t wait to get home and use it again.
Pros: easy open lid and easy filter access
Cons: Leg room is a bit crowded with 4 people but manageable.
