This patio chair is very comfortable! The chair overall exceeded my expectations. The cushions are very firm but offer great support on all sides. Holds up to the elements well. The natural color is very versatile and looks great on our new deck. Assembly was very straight forward. The only difficult part was tightening some of the screws because of the limited space around them that prevents you from turning the allen wrench fully around. There was a lot of inserting the allen wrench, turning it, removing it, and reinserting it again to tighten the screw. I give 5 stars also to the customer service team who were quick to fix an issue with my order.
