I want to mention a couple of things. 1) the packaging was very poor. there were spots that were torn. would have been heart broken if they were scratched. 2) the assembling wasn’t that difficult. I watched my plumber setting it up. 3) it is tall and the top portion of the shower sways when you pushes it to a side. 4) there are gaps. I am not sure for what purposes. I wish they were manufactured without gaps. we put caulking. It just looks like not well made. This shower is not some cheap shower. it has all the bells and whistles. It should have been made better for the price.
