Measurements are accurate. Received heavy rain in my area for days and the cushions didn’t have a drop of rain on them. Material seems to be of good quality. Only wish product came in other color options. I purchased the grey color and while it works great the color is dull and not appealing to eye. However, overall I still give this item 5 stars!

I’ve tried several that were not “waterproof”.This one is definitely waterproof… been pouring rain (tropical storm) since I opened the package and covered the cushions.Great value for the price.
