We love these mighty Maximus Arena and Maximus prime arena ovens, they’re an eye-catcher in sleek black and bright red! The Maximus prime is the big brother to the Maximus arena. These unique wood fire ovens are great looking and have an ultra-fast heat-up time of only 25-30 minutes. The Maximus arena weighs only 130 lbs and the Maximus prime arena at 300 lbs only. These portable ovens are perfect for a food truck/trailer or catering business, especially prime. They are super cool, modern, wood-fired pizza oven that heats up in only 30 minutes. Handmade in Portugal, these ovens are of superb quality and will cook pizzas to perfection in only 90 seconds. But our ovens don’t stop at pizza! They can cook anything your conventional oven can… and they’ll taste even better. Each oven comes with a stainless steel chimney pipe and cap, with built-in flu. Slip-in thermometer, ash guard, pizza peel, and a beautiful complimentary Portuguese ceramic baking dish. It’s perfect for roasting chicken, veggies, casseroles, desserts, bread, and more! The outer wall is aluminum and the inner wall is stainless steel (double wall) containing a high-temperature special ceramic blanket called Rockwool which we have the international utility patent on, so don’t be fooled by others claiming to use Rockwool. Stainless steel is superior due to its resistance to salt and water corrosion. The floor is made with refractory floor tiles, and the decorative facade bricks are composed of refractory cement (Lafarge), while the inside structure is made of forged iron, allowing this oven to stay hot on the inside for hours while staying cooler on the outside!
