45 Qt. Decorative Outdoor Rustic Mountain Cooler

This cooler is very well made.I put it together in about 30 minutes and it is the perfect addition to our patio.Plus we live in Colorado so the mountain on the front fits!!

We use it all summer long. No running in and out of the house for beverages.We keep it stocked.Great item looks great.

We added a bottom shelf, four castors amd personalized with paint and stencils. Made a great gift!

I’m giving it 5 stars for getting a standing cooler at this price. Most are about double the price. I know other coolers may be bigger and better insulated but we didn’t need anything like that. Our events are usually small gatherings of friends or family a couple times a year.
The assembly was easy enough but it was hard to tell the “medium” screws from the “long” screws. It would be nice if they were packaged and labeled with something like A, B, C so the instructions could say something like “use four A screws”. But if you put a lot of stuff together,you’ll be fine. The one thing it should have is something to catch the bottle caps.
I read about some of these coolers leaking so I watched it closely when I first put ice in it and it did leak but that was my fault. I didn’t tighten the drain plug assembly enough.A quick twist by hand and the leak stopped!
We put it on the deck in about 80 degree weather and it stayed cold all evening. There wasn’t any ice left the next night but drinks were still cool – after a day spent mostly in the sun. So we drained it,brought it inside and added ice in the afternoon and there is still ice this morning.
Is it cheap wood? Yea, seems like it.But it looks great and for the few times a year we entertain,I love it! We are keeping it next to the fridge to store soda and beer that won’t fit in the fridge yet (no ice, just as a way to keep it close by)
