A little rugged. Some arms are not cut smoothly. Also,covers are not white. They are ivory, even a little dingy looking. I’m washing them now. They also did not arrive in two days as advertised. They took about 5-6 days, but I find that to be the case with most items from Wayfair unless they are very small.
