    I fry catfish for an annual event at my church.Generally it is for 400-500 people.This is my third fryer and I can recommend this one whole heartedly.I use a very large commercial braiser that holds about 4 gallons of oil.Every year I have struggled to keep the oil temp up under repeated batches of 12 filets.This year I actually had a little trouble (learning curve)keeping the oil temp from getting TOO high!I will buy another just like it before next years Fish Fry!

    It heats very quickly, 160 plus pans. I did have a little trouble getting it to stay lit.The safety in the tanks do shut it down ocassionally. Your directions to over come this problem was right on.
