Create a distinct bayou essence in your backyard with a 2.5-gal Stainless Bayou® Fryer. It’s a family size fryer that heats from the “inside out”, not the bottom. Heat jets horizontally through a hollow vent tube immersed in cooking oil. But the real sizzle is the V-Shaped Bottom which collects loose batter below the heat source to prevent scorching. Cooking oil stays cleaner and lasts much longer. Stainless Construction and bottom Drain Valve provide easy clean-up. Perfectly fry fish, chicken, fries, hushpuppies and onion rings with this innovative Bayou® Fryer. It’s all about people getting together, sharing food and good times as you become a Frequent Fryer with Bayou Classic®.
