Received this as a birthday gift from my daughter.Assembly was super-easy, and spent a little time seasoning the cooking surface asstated in the instructions.So far have cooked some excellent burgers (hash-browns need work, but that’s on me), grilled chicken w/sauteed onions, breakfast of eggs and sausage, and a successful attempt at teppanyaki-style noodles.It provides a large, excellent cook surface that I’m more then pleased with.
The manufacturer also has nice online support and cooking ideas.Over-all I’ve been more than pleased with this griddle.
