Fantastic product. Looks great on my patio and cooks well. I took it off the cart and used it for a tailgate cook at my sons hockey game on Sunday, worked like a champ. Assembly was pretty straight forward, box arrived a little scuffed but the grill was in perfect shape inside. The cast iron grids are great for searing. I called Brand-Man for some grate seasoning advice and got a voicemail, always worries me when that happens, however, they got back to me in a professional manner a day later. Foe the first time ever I got to cook a roast chicken outside, never done it before. The Brand-man guy told me that leaving the middle burner off with left and right burners on low acts like an oven, putting the chicken above the off burner obviously. Worked out brilliantly. Overall, happy so far, if the quality can last, this will be the best grill I have owned.
