The Bordeaux door awning is the ideal solution for protecting your entryway from the weather’s harsh elements while adding a sense of style to your home or business. The Bordeaux features virtually unbreakable 3mm polycarbonate clear panels with powder-coated galvanized steel support arms. Clear panels block 100% UV rays while allowing 90% light transmission and will protect you from rain, snow, and hail for years to come. The awning is easily assembled and includes all necessary installation hardware. Additional features include a front gutter directing water away from your entrance and a hidden rubber gasket system preventing water seepage on a wall surface.

We ordered this product to provide a dry area at the front door of our home on an elevated deck.The awning also created a dry area directly under the deck where we have an entry door into the lower level.We are very pleased with the heavy duty quality of the components.The doors open inward so there was no exterior interference and PLENTY of headroom.Having a lot of DYI experienced, we performed the installation ourselves.

Easy to understand assembly instructions, i.e. step by step all in pictures (except picture number 18, which we did not understand until we called the manufacturer) Don’t be dismayed when at the end of the assembly the front does not line up with the gutter piece! Picture 18 means to tell the assembler to physically bend down all the vertical cross beams. After doing that it all fits perfectly and looks great. We are very happy with the result. Customer service at the manufacturer was very friendly and helpful.
