A little tiny bit of the loose dirt was spilled out.However once I opened it I found it was for the most part well packed and very much alive.It was still perky, the inner soil moist and the stalks were spongy not soggy like when an Aloe Vera is unhealthy.I feel confident in purchasing more plants like this from this vendor.
