I bought two of these items couple of weeks ago. Items arrived in a timely manner. Opened the box, first had a bend rod & was kinda leaning to one side. The other was perfect, called Wayfair & the dude who picked up the phone wasn’t only nice and courteous but offered me a full refund when I told him I’d love to return the damaged item. It was a relief because they were pricy for me. But I got a refund and was told I could keep the damaged lamp. Thanks Wayfair!!! I’m a loyal customer for life!!!
