Easy to put together.Honestly, we did not even put the screws in, only the ones on the top where the top 4 boards go.We put in 16 bags of sand (50 pounds each) and looks like it could use a little more but waiting on grandchild to come visit so we can see if she as a 4-yr old will ask for more sand lol.Wood smells good.I also did some research and sprayed non-toxic bug spray around the outside of the sandbox.I haven’t put cinnamon in the sand, but it’s recommended to keep bugs out.

Love this.
We put a tarp underneath instead of the barrier it came with,and then stapled it to the inside, to prevent the sand from coming out of the bottom at all (see photos).
We used 1000lbs of sand, it was the perfect amount to leave room at the top for toys.

Arrived as described. No broken parts, no missing parts. Easy to assemble as described.Read in these reviews someone that added a tarp and stapled to wood. I added the tarp to the interior of the assembled wood frame then put the bottom piece that came with kit on top of the tarp. I also decided to reinforce the connections with brackets as shown in photos, using. 1 1/2 inch bolts. The frame is solid!

Great product and easy to assemble. We filled with 18 bags of 50lbs sand and it’s plenty. More than enough room for our two grandsons (45) and their toys. Hours of fun. We also appreciate the cover and the ground cover.

This is perfect! My kids adore it. I have a almost 6yr old and 2 year old. Plus a couple friends that have played in this sandbox. I do reccoment a lot more than 500lbs of sand. We first did 500lbs but added 300lbs more. It could easily fit more than that too. Great buy and easy to put together too. Hubs did it maybe in less than 30mins.
