Estate Black Baluster Collar

Deckorators® Estate Baluster Collars slip right over Estate balusters, giving your railing the look of high-end wrought iron. The collar will need to be placed over the baluster before the top railing is installed, so plan ahead. Screws are included to keep the baluster collar in place. Heavy-gauge aluminum with a hard-wearing powder-coat finish.
