Each pole extends to 10 feet tall and includes clips to keep your favorite string lights hanging securely above. Two types of bases are included for each pole; a flat base with 3 pre-drilled screw holes for hard surfaces such as concrete or wood, and a 10-inch yard stake base for softer surfaces such as grass or dirt. Height of poles were perfect, easy to install. Great that the lights are included. The bulbs are fragile they arrived just fine but I broke one while hanging the string. Luckily 2 replacement bulbs are included. Overall happy with the purchase.
