I have just used it once. Took 2 hours to put it together. Very easily done but follow the instructions closely and you will not have a problem. If you do not stick it in the ground or attach it to the floor with bolts this heater definitely needs a larger and heavier base or it will fall over. I built one with plywood (28″ x 28″) , bolted it to the plywood and put heavy bricks on top of the plywood. You should also buy a hose extension. I have an enclosed patio and it heats it very well within a 10 to 12 foot radius. It lights easily and with natural gas, I don’t have to worry about running out of fuel. Love my heater. Hope it continues to perform for a long time.

As described. Great quality and gives off good heat. We used a paving stone to weigh down the base and it works great.

Great product, very easy to set up and the heat output is amazing. The base piece has a hole directly on the bottom of the plate so that you can run the gas hose through a tables center hole and mount it directly to the table.

Works great, easy to assemble, per another owners review i used a garden fountain reservoir filled with concrete to create a heavy but portable base for heater, assembly and use instructions need to be redone including review of procedures outlined.

    Great looking, and well built.
This, combined with my 50k btu fire table, will allow us to use the deck right into late fall!

The first one I bought flared outside the flame cage when set on high. When I complained, I was sent a brand new one right away. No questions asked. However the replacement was even worse. Its ok when set at about 75% but cannot be set on high because it then becomes a fire hazard because it flares so badly. 75% does not give you much heat—certainly not 45,000 btu’s. I will not return this one because its better than nothing and I can’t be bothered to put another one together. I would definitely not buy this product again. The service at Wayfair is absolutely excellent. The product—that’s a different story!

Works great, easy to assemble, quality fit and finish. I didn’t want to bolt this to my deck so I ordered a 21″ plastic plant pot saucer, a bag of Quickrete, and 2½” bolts and made a base. It’s heavy and works well. The plastic plant pot tray protects my vinyl decking when I move it around. Cost almost $40 CAD because I used stainless hardware, could be done
    cheaper.
