Compost Wizard 50 Gal. Tumbler Composter

We got this for our Dad who has everything he needs and is responsible for taking out the food scraps.He uses it faithfully although he doesn’t separate the meat which results in maggots…but it’s a nice set up and was a good purchase.I like that you have two going at the same time so you can stop one but still have somewhere to put the new stuff.
Pros: Looks nice and easy to keep track of which compartment to add to.

Just what we were looking for. Composts quickly and the “tea” collected in the base is great for plants around the yard. We use ours outside year round, even through the long Wyoming winter.

It spins nicely. I propped it up on some bricks so I could access the “compost tea”.

Rolls well on it’s base. It has two separate compartments, but rolls as one unit. I like the port hole type openers. Seems sturdy and should last a long time. No more opossums, skunks, or raccoons lifting a door to help themselves to the goodies. Good size for the kitchen compost as well as some gardening compost. Not big enough for yard waste.

Only having owned this for a few days, I cannot verify its composting abilities.However, I can say it is sturdy, came fully assembled, and seems just the right size for our family.

Very easy to use and seems to be working well.If your compost gets too wet, you will get some leakage.But I assume this is a common issue with all compost bins since drainage is important.
