The items arrived damaged and I braced myself for a fight with customer service.
Let me tell you, customer service was amazing. The rep was pleasant and did not give me a hard time at all. I received replacements quickly, in great condition, and was told I did not need to send the originals back. This way of doing business has my upmost respect and I will definitely be buying again from this website.

This has been a great addition to the summer patio! So far color has only changed minimally, but the wood does fade a little as the description states. Very comfortable. only complaint is that cushion can take awhile to dry out after a heavy rain, and the attachments make it hard to take in easily.
