This fade-resistant area rug works just as well outside on the porch and patio as it does in the living room or entryway. Its all-weather design is power-loomed in Turkey from polypropylene, and it has a latex backing. This rug is exactly as described and works well for our back mud room. It is synthetic fiber, so should clean up well and the colors are great for a high foot traffic area. It rolled out and had some lumps/waves, so we attached some nano tape to a few areas underneath, and pulled it tight, and then pressed it to our hardwood floors, and it now lays perfectly flat now and will stay in place. Nano tape is great for this type of stuff if you have not tried it.
