I was excited when I opened the box and saw the quality of this grill spatula.The handle is sturdy and locks in place so you don’t have to worry about veggies, fruit, or shrimp all over your grill.The spatula appears to be coated but I will spray to ensure food doesn’t stick.I can’t wait till it gets warm enough to use this!

This is well made and sturdy but not heavy. There are small loops that give flexibility to stuff full of veggies. I especially like the clamp that slides to hold the two sides together making it easier to flip, while the expanders are in the center and sides stay together. Great for the grill!
