I have had this hot tub for a couple of weeks and will provide a few items that may assist you make a decision to buy.I live in FL, just so you have an idea of my environment. The shipping was much faster than expected and the cost was fantastic compared to similar models. The delivery was amazing. The delivery crew were professional and more than willing to help me as much as possible.Luckily for me they were ahead of schedule and actually put the hot tub right on my lanai.Filling the tub took about 30 minutes (I am on well water) and it took about 12 hours to heat up to 100 (starting water temp was 70 and outside temps in the 70s).I had no issues what-so-ever.The tub took a few minutes to start pumping water, so I initially thought I had air in the pump (covered in the instructions) but after a minute or so it started to pump and heat up. The tub does not come with the start up chemicals, so I bought the EZ start up kit which was great. The only problem I ran in to is that my water is high alkalinity, but there is no alkalinity down chemical.Even the local spa store does not have this for spas and recommended I use PH down vice using the normal acid used in pools.Follow the start up chemical instructions and you will have no issues.I recommend buying additional test strips. For the size, I already knew that trying to fit 6 people in this tub would be tight, however four adults would fit okay. There are four deep seats (water at nipple level when seated (I am 5’10”) and two seats that are at belly button level (good for a cool off). The maximum water temp is 104 degrees.
The heater does not work while in high pump mode (at least with the 120V setup), however the water temp for me (living in FL) decreases slowly (roughly one degree per 30 minutes at 75 degree outside temp). My plan is to convert this to 240V which it comes ready to convert by default.
Overall, I recommend this for entry level users.Do not expect to have 6 adults in here unless you like to be close. The foot area would be way to small for that many and the seats are a bit close. You can just look at the dimensions and see this is the case.Hope this review helps!

I found my happy place. Honestly it is simple can be moved if need be. I spent one week plugged into an outlet but if you want heat and jets have an electricianhardwire the 220v.It warms up so much faster with an electrical upgrade. If you do plug into an outlet know that usage of an extension cord voids the warranty.I like the simplicity of it. There are not a lot of jets and I used chlorine rather than bromine. I may change later. I think you’ll be happy. One suggestion do not bring the boxed wine to the hot tub. -Just don’t!I know it has a handle on the box but it starts out being the greatest experience ever then in the morning it’s a raisiny dehydration hell! -Trust! Other than that enjoy!!

I am giving this spa a 5star rating even though there was a problem with the control unit. I set up the spa and plugged it in, it heated to the preset 100* temp but no lights, jets or temp adjustments. The control pad was DOA. I called Wayfair and went through the troubleshooting with a pleasant CS person to no avail. She then called the spa rep and transferred me to him. They sent the new part and 2 days later the spa was up and running. Wayfair’s, and the spa manufacturers customer service was great and the hot tub was nicer than expected as the jets are quite quiet.

Ordered 240v tub and received wired for 120v.Simple conversion if you read the directions.NOTE: Pg 15 in manual show “neutral/hot/hot/ground” but correct wiring is on pg 14 HU2 conversion 120-240v:”ground/neutral/hot/hot”.I replaced an -OLD, OLD, OLD- Tiger River spa when the heater finally went out and tub froze solid. Wiring was set for 30 A 240v which made this tub an excellent replacement. NOTE: on 30 amp service the heater only runs when on low pump speed…so on a really cold day, with pump on high (great bubbles) the temp will slowly drop….(like 5 deg F over 30 minute soak on 45 F day). If you have a 50A circuit you can set unit to heat at both pump speeds.
I am 6′ 4″ and I just stretch out in one seat with feet on opposite seat (water at neck level) and use side cooling seats as arm rests (EXCELLENT “lounger” position using your boyancy). If you sit in the seat normally the water is at just below nipple level (filled to 6″ below tub inside lip). The foot well has 2 nozzles you can turn off and the larger nozzles in each seat can be adjusted so on high pump speed you can get nice bubbles/flow.
Wayfair said the unit would deliver in 4 weeks…but it arrived in only 2 weeks (Kudos Wayfair). I and two adult sons picked up the tub and carried it to the pad with no problem (VERY light versus fiberglass units). Comes with “light” insulated cover with owner installed one clip on each side. Took just over 6 hrs to heat from 50 to 100F….Bottom line, unit was 1/2 the price of local priced unit and 1/3 quotes on fiberglass unit. It is a BASIC unit but I use it 3-4 x a week YEAR round. Would definitely buy again from Wayfair. Very pleased.
Pros: Price. Price and price. Great BASIC unit. Quick delivery.
Cons: Had to convert 240V ordered unit, from 120V service.

We are obsessed with this hot tub! We decided to have it re-wired to a higher voltage outlet right away so that it would heat up faster and so the jets and heat would work simultaneously. It was definitely worth the investment to do that! The jets aren’t super powerful but they are perfect for what we need. I have major back and shoulder pain in my body and this is just what I needed to help relieve aches after a long day. We live in freezing cold Ohio and our favorite thing has been to get in this outside at night during the winter months! My favorite thing about this hot tub is that we can sit it on our deck and didn’t even need to reinforce our deck because it is so light weight! 4 guys carried it all the way up onto our high deck (which you could not do with a normal weight hot tub). We had a question about setting this up and called AquaRest costumer service and they were great! I read a ton of different reviews on different hot tubs and I’m so glad we settled on this one. It was our best purchase of 2020!!

This hot tub came with a defective part, so we called the AquaRest company, and they sent us a new part under the warranty.Since they did not choose an expedited shipping service, that took a bit longer than we would have liked, but it did work out in the end, and the lady at the company was helpful and generally replied promptly to our calls and e-mails.Once the defective part was replaced, everything has been working great. One thing that did happen, however, was that it started to produce error codes a week after we had the new part installed. We looked in the manual for troubleshooting of the error codes, but those recommendations were not fixing the problem. We ended up needing to change our filter, so if you buy this and get error codes, you might want to check that.We like the LED light. The motor is a bit loud, but I think that may be true of all hot tubs. The waterfall is a bit noisy, too, so we haven’t cared for that so much.It is better on a lower level setting. The cup holders are excellent. The seats feel comfortable to us, and we like that they have some grip to them to avoid slipping. We would like some jets up a bit higher on our shoulders, but when we sink down into the seats, we can get the jets to hit in the right spots. We usually have three people in this hot tub.Four would also work nicely, but I think six could get a little cramped unless two of them are children sitting on the higher seats. We have this hot tub outside in Northern Wisconsin in an enclosed gazebo.Overall, after about six weeks of use, this is a really great hot tub for a really great price. We are hoping to get years of use out of it!:-)
Pros: Great price, spacious, good construction
Cons: Noisy waterfall, somewhat noisy motor

We had to wait for it a long time but now that the whirlpool is here, filled with water and plugged in, we are very happy with it. It’s easy to use, holds the heat nicely, and everything works as it should.
We have only been using it a week so we can’t say anything about durability, but we will follow up in a year or so

The hot tub is perfect! The delivery folks were super nice and brought it all the way to our backyard for us. It was lightweight, so two people could put it in place. The lights are awesome, it heats up amazing, it is perfect!
