Our pergola was sent without any of the hardware (nuts, bolts, etc). I think the box was damaged during shipping and possibly fell out? So I contacted purple leaf directly and they were spot on in getting me the pieces I needed. I had my missing parts within 4 days of my last correspondence from them. I’m this day in age good business is hard to come by but they were very professional and easy to work with. I highly recommend this product not only for its functionality but it’s a great company as well.
