This set is fabulous! I really liked that the chair cushions were incorporated into the shipping protection, no styrofoam! But because of that the back cushions look a little lumpy at first… they’ll regain their shape with use I’m sure. These chairs provided everything you need to assemble them, I did use a small hammer at one point to put plastic caps on the bolts, but probably unnecessary. It took me about 1.5 hours to assemble on my own, the first chair was a learning curve as I didn’t follow the instructions to only tighten 80% of the way on the bolts, which you NEED to do. You can finish tightening the bolts after you get the arm pieces on. Overall, not too bad to assemble, clear instructions, nice sturdy cushions, and a heavy chair! I think these are two quality chairs. Plus the swivel and lean back, quite nice!
