Absolutely a cinch to assemble. I recommended using a drill with the corresponding alan key bit. We also added a little wood glue to the dowels for extra firmness. Instructions are clear and everything is labeled very well. Cushions are firm, yet comfortable. All in all, it took about 15 minutes for full assembly.
