Description
This freestanding umbrella base helps you create a shady, outdoor oasis on your porch or patio. The smooth, unadorned base showcases a textured, petal-like motif for some contemporary flair to your favorite outdoor market umbrella (not included). An adjustable tightening knob provides the ability for most umbrella sizes to stand on their own. This piece is crafted from plastic with a weather-resistant matte black finish, so it’s sure to stand up to strong UV rays and the occasional rainstorm rolling through. Plus, it’s easy to fill up with sand or water to make sure it stays in place.
Features
Maximum weight: 50 lbs when filled with water and sand. The weight can be filled with either water or sand for stability and support. This umbrella base is resistant to harsh UV, fade, stain, and rust. Note: Water and sand are not included with the base.
Hand-turn knob to fix the umbrella: The round base design of this product is big enough to hold the umbrella, and features one hand-turn tightening knob for securing an umbrella to the base. One hole inside and one knob outside could fix your umbrella tight. Plastic inserts on the top of steel pipe fit for 1.5″ to 1.9″ diameter umbrella poles.
Rustproof and anti-corrosion material: Made of durable HPDE plastic material, all-weather resistant, steel pipe and would not be corroded easily. Its unique interchangeable sizing inserts and adjustable tightening knob provides support to most umbrella. This stylish accessory is sure to please.
Water-filled umbrella base: One switch beside the center part is used to fill water or sand. It could make this base more sturdy and increase weight support capacity.

This plastic umbrella stand is great. It is very light when you first get it delivered, so you absolutely have to fill it with water or sand. We chose sand because we live close to the beach where we have some windy weather, and we thought sand would make it heavier and sturdier than water.I read some reviews that said filling the base with sand can be a challenge, and to be honest, it did take some time to fill it up.But since we were expecting that already, it was no surprise and we filled it with patience. I do believe, however, that a larger filling hole would make the task much easier and quicker.Living at the beach, metal is our last choice due to a significant problem with rusting. But because this plastic umbrella stand is good quality, we expect it to last a very long time. We are very happy with our purchase.
