Was able to add light sensor socket and then LED bulb to turn on automatically when it becomes dark. Easy to clean and replace light bulb. And if the sensor goes
bad do not need to replace the entire light
fixture, just have to replace the light sensor
socket.

A bit smaller than expected, but does what it is supposed to do. Bought one for our side door and one for the front door by our mailbox. The bottom is completely open, making changing the bulb easy. We used automatic shutoff bulbs with a sensor, so the opening allows for the sensor to read the ambient daylight or if we upgrade, detect motion nearby.
