This is the best toy! Before we had a bunch of different toys outside but this patio set is all in one. I love that its covered and is super sturdy….we had some serious wind and it didn’t move an inch. The water / sand table is awesome and has two plugs to release the water. It has a grill for kitchen play and a lot of great accessories. It was easy to put together after I realized you make your own holes with the screws provided. The instructions show you how and its pretty simple. Its also large enough for a bunch of kids to play with at the same time.

My one year old and three year old play SO nicely in this together and their older cousins (4, 6, and 8) played in it this weekend and enjoyed it too! The sandwater table gives it an edge over other playhouses and keeps the kids entertained for way longer than usual.
2. The drains in the sandwater table work perfectly, so its easy to prevent mosquitosclean up those boxes.
3. Its open on all sides, so its awesome for my one year old to cruise around on it, a ton of kids can play at once by standing both inside and outside the house, I can easily pick up my one year old if needed, I can see everything thats happening and make sure everything my one year old is doingtrying to put in his mouth is safe…. And I dont have to think about cleaning spiders out of dark interior corners, since there arent any.
4. Its tall, so my super tall children (99th percentile) will be able to use it for a long time.
5. Its light weight and easy to move.
6. I sit and enjoy my coffee every morning because my children forget about me while theyre playing in it.

1. There is no drain in the sink, so the sink holds water when it rains. I plan on fixing this by drilling a hole in the sink on my own. No big deal.Very minor flaw in an amazing playhouse.
