I am updating my previous review. I apologize for accusing you of sending an incomplete order. We discovered that the “missing” parts were taped to the underside of the pond.Who knew?!My grandson loves his birthday gift and I thank you for your great customer service.

Took a little time to put together with screws, but the directions were very easy to follow. I think our 4 and 1 year old grandkids will be thrilled with it when they come over during the summer! Very high quality and well designed product. Step2 is one of my favorite children’s product brands because of that.

I like this pump and splash because children can actually sit down inside it and play. it is big enough for more than one child to play with.
