Bought this when we were leading up to quarantine. It took me a week of moments in between childcare to build it. Definitely need a power drill to put it together yourself if you don’t want to be super sore from building it. I left the ramp and door off because I didn’t see the need for the ramp and worried it would be unsafe to play with if it got icy, since I plan to let my kids (almost 2 and almost 5) play on this in the winter. I left the door off because my 4 year (almost 5 year) old has a friend who likes to exclude and we’ll definitely have her over sometime in the future. My kids love the play structure and it’s been a sanity saver particularly around meal prep time or just nice weather days.

Great playhouse. A lot of parts and assembly though. On my own it took me around 5 hrs, although I am a seasoned assembler. Best advice I can give is whenever you are instructed to use a lag screw in assembly (theres maybe a dozen or so), grab an 18th inch drill bit and make a pilot hole first or you will split the wood. Even the spots where they had small pilot holes already drilled were not nearly big enough for a light wood like cedar. If your dropping 500 on something, take a couple extra minutes to do it right. I made the mistake on the first one and saw the wood splitting so I stopped and used my drill from that point on for a pilot hole. The whole thing was easily moved after assembly by me and my wife so as long as youre remotely close to its permanent location, you can move it wherever you need.

I absolutely LOVE this playhouse!!!I bought it for my Granddaughter’s 2nd Birthday.She LOVES it just as much.It is the perfect size for her and she will be able to have years of fun with it.It took about 7 hours to assemble by one person.Shipping was very quick!!!!
