Steel components for this gazebo are treated with rust inhibiting paint that protects it from rusting. However, due to the nature of steel, surface oxidation (rusting) will occur if these protective coatings are scratched. This is not a defect and thus not covered by the warranty. To minimize this condition, we recommend care when assembling and handling the product to prevent scratching the paint. Should any scratching or damage occur, it is recommended you immediately touch-up the item with rust-inhibiting paint. Surface rust can also be easily removed with a very light application of regular cooking oil. If surface oxidation rusting occurs and if no measure is taken to prevent this, the oxidation may start dripping onto deck or patio and caused damaging stains, which may be difficult to remove. This can be prevented if the above measures are taken to keep the product from oxidizing. Also, do not use bleach, acid, or other abrasive cleaners on the roof or frame parts.

This piece is fantastic! Paid my landscaper to assemble and Im glad I did. He and his electrician were out there for about 4 hours. That said it looks fantastic and is very sturdy when anchored. We have insane wind up here and at no point am I concerned this wont hold up. I intercepted delivery and had them drop it behind my back fence, it comes in only a couple boxes (VERY heavy) so if you have to move it post delivery you will need to cut it off the palette and use a helper and a dolly to move. The price is unbeatable and the modern look is exactly what we were looking for. Youve done it audible Wayfair!

Then, dedicate someone to read the instructions the entire time — the parts look so similar and it’s easy to grab the wrong screw (despite the labeling) after so many hours at it. Totally worth it—we’ve since added string lights and a rug, feels super cozy at night!!

Many compliments. I still didn’t put up the curtains but you can imagine it will only enhance the look. I didn’t bolt it into my pavers but I have sandbags filled with gravel around the legs in the back. Love it!!
