I purchased this slide to put in our home. My son has Cerebral Palsy and uses a wheelchair. He handles crawling up the stairs easily. Coming down the stairs has always been the issue. This was a very fun and affordable option for getting down from the loft.

Fantastic slide, but be warned – when it says 7′ deck, it means a 7′ deck, exactly!! a few (4) inches off, and you’ll be scratching your head as to how to assemble it and have it meet the ground. We ended up rotating the 1st and 3rd joints by a 1/2 hole (i.e. drilling new holes). Second warning: assemble it on the tower itself (not on the ground, then lift into place, as in the manual. it just doesn’t work how they tell you to do it. It took about 10 hours from start-to-finish to assemble everything once the treehouse was prepared. Very sturdy construction, the kids love it. Outstanding price – with coupon, ended up being cheapest i could find anywhere by about $40, I’ve noticed that it does change price on this website rather frequently.

Cons: Not all the bolt holes line up perfectly, but they were close enough.
