    I like having a dedicated large easy to read thermometer.Those tiny ones on the clocks are too hard to read with any granularity.I also like that this one has a dial on the back that you can use to adjust the temp and calibrate vs another thermometer if you need.It looks pretty accurate so far.I like it.
