Couldnt have done much better for the price. My only qualm was I thought it had an actual solid cover for the sand part but that is on me for not reading the description clearly.

It’s just like the picture but it’s like the wood has moisture in it or it just doesn’t hold up well. It splits so bad. We got a wood playhouse from here too and it’s doing the same thing.
