This pizza stone arrived without instructions. According to the box, instructions were supposed to be included. Considering that each stone has their own method of use, I did need the instructions. I tried to contact the company where the stone was made, and was unable to do so. They did not answer their phones, and I had no way of emailing them. So, I contacted Wayfair and after about a month later, a service rep sent an email with a scan of the instructions. I’m sure they had as much difficulty as I did in getting in touch with this company. I really never expected to hear anything more about having the instructions sent to me, and thought that this stone would pretty much become a paperweight. This speaks to the commitment that Wayfair customer service provides their customers. I’ve not had many problems with products I purchased from Wayfair, but their commitment for finding an answer for their customers has always shone through. This online store is far better than A****n in almost every regard.

This pizza stone arrived without instructions. According to the box, instructions were supposed to be included. Considering that each stone has their own method of use, I did need the instructions. I tried to contact the company where the stone was made, and was unable to do so. They did not answer their phones, and I had no way of emailing them. So, I contacted Wayfair and after about a month later, a service rep sent an email with a scan of the instructions. I’m sure they had as much difficulty as I did in getting in touch with this company. I really never expected to hear anything more about having the instructions sent to me, and thought that this stone would pretty much become a paperweight. This speaks to the commitment that Wayfair customer service provides their customers. I’ve not had many problems with products I purchased from Wayfair, but their commitment for finding an answer for their customers has always shone through. This online store is far better than A****n in almost every regard.
