Hi Becky, we put together The assembly would have been less than 30 minutes but the instructions do not reference any recommended ordering of the colors and there are two more yellow and blue rods than the other colors. In hindsight I would have made the smaller triangle all blue and yellow and the larger triangle all purple, red, and green, but having no instructions or color pictures of the assembled product to reference I opted to take an every other rod approach which resulted in too many blues and yellows on the small triangle. All in all that doesn’t bother me, but some guidance or a color picture with what was sent would be helpful. Still a really nice climber.
