My husband loves how well constructed this piece is.It holds each screwdriver tightly, but says its not a struggle to remove each one as needed.It came with the mounting screws and was an super easy install.I will be ordering more of these as I have my own tools.

I hope that the plastic holds up! I do like that you can slide the tool holders to adjust along the rail. This comes with hardware to mount.
