Bought for my boyfriend for his birthday. He’s been saying he wanted a wood fired pizza oven for a couple years. I looked online and quickly realized I wouldn’t be able to afford the 1k-6k+ for one. Then I found this reasonably priced one. So glad I did. He loves it. Yes it is on the shorter side but I knew that from the dimensions. We plan on building something with pavers to bring it up to the perfect arm height for when he is putting the pizzas in. Yes it will require a little practice and experimentation. But what new cooking utensil/appliance doesn’t. We made 3 pizzas the first go round with this. 2 were perfect, one did get burnt on the bottom but its because we did not tend to it. The pizzas only took about 10-12 mins to cook. I think after that first attempt of the 3 pizzas (cooked individually) we have a pretty good grasp on it. I did buy a pizza stone to keep in there along with a pizza peel on Amazon. I think you need both of those to have a good finished product. And the safety tool that the oven comes with. It will help you remove the top chimney and open the pizza door when cooking.

This is a thing of beauty! It comes in a pretty small crate so there is some assembly required. It is sturdy and after I seasoned the paint with three fires, I oiled it with grapeseed oil and ran a fire to season the oil and protect the cast iron.Then….I baked pizza and cookies in it!OMG!It was wonderful. It weighs a lot, around 250 pounds and is quite sturdy. It sits low to the ground so we put it up on a brick foundation. It is going to used as both an atmosphere fireplace and a bake oven.I am very happy with it.It came with a sturdy rain cover and a pizza pan.

This wood fired oven works very well.If you, like me, can’t afford or justify spending a thousand dollars or more, this oven will fit the bill and allow you to cook pizza and other things over a wood fire.We made pizzas for a crowd, everyone building their own pizza, and they came out fabulous. We did find it was better to cook over a blazing fire than over the hot coals, but once we figured that out the cooking process was smooth!

Have used this the past few summers. Takes practice to get pizza right.Well worth the effort. Suggest using a pizza stone and good birch wood.

Very heavy. I seasoned the iron 3 times then made individual pizzas. Held the heat and made the pizzas great. I used my cast iron pan instead of the cheap aluminum one that came with the fireplace. Very pleased with my purchase and very happy it came with a cover as well.

I love this pizza oven! It is beautiful and does a great job cooking our pizzas when we have “pizza on the patio” night!! There is a bit of a learning curve to getkeep the oven hot enough without burning the pizza crust, but I’ve been completely satisfied with this product since figuring that out. Definitely a worthwhile purchase, in my opinion!

I bought this for my son for Christmas and he loves it! My grandkids and the whole family make pizzas once a week. And it’s very sturdy , heavy. Great family fun even if you’re not making pizzas for a fire pit.

What an experience! This is a fun item to have for a family or date. My only criticism is that it could be bigger, it’s a little smaller than I expected from the photos. But otherwise it works well and fun for everyone.

I love my Pizza Oven…. It came in one small box…. Yes it was heavy but the guys who delivered it brought it into my backyard…. It was very easy to put together …. What else can I say….. Is only I’m very very happy with my purchase!!!!

I read the reviews so I was aware that it is a small cooking surface, only one pizza at a time however it works for us and adds to the atmosphere of our outdoor living area.We are very happy with it
