Selected material for best durability: Constructed of waterproof powder-coated steel posts measuring 1.5 inches in diameter, shatterproof PVC and PE backboard and base, and durable nylon net, this basketball hoop system is made for lightweight and good durability as well.
Weight base with wheels: The 32.7 x 22’’ (LxW) tank base can be weighted with water or sand to ensure the stability and safety of your every shot. It equips with two 4’’ big wheels, so you can transport it with ease wherever you want even when the base is weighted.
Height-adjustable rim: Featuring 6 pairs of holes for height adjustments, the telescoping post can be easily adjusted from 7.2′ to 9.2’ in 4.3’’ increments.
Portable indoor and outdoor design: Two wheels on the base for easy moving anytime and anywhere. It can be placed at the poolside, backyard, basement, gym, and other indoor or outdoor places, ensuring hours of fun for all basketball enthusiasts.
Compact storage size: Despite the large assembled size, this portable basketball system can be disassembled into a compact size so you can conveniently store it in the garage or transport it in the trunk.
Note: To prolong the lifespan of the base, please avoid moving the base when it’s filled with sand/water. If you need to move the fully-weighted base, please tilt the basketball hoop to the wheeled side of the base before moving.

I assembled by myself. Its better to do two instead of one person. I took me about 4 hours since I don’t have any experience about this stuff. It can stand it by filling in water but I added couple bags of sand just incase since I already had in my garage. It’s not very tall but its okay.
