The TRU-Infrared technology yields even heat, no flare-ups, and up to 50% juicer food. The porcelain-coated grates are rust-resistant and easy to clean, making this grill versatile, low maintenance, and large enough to cook all of your favorite dishes. The griddle component adds 225 square inches of food preparation area, and the stovetop adds another 125 square inches. With a total of 1,230 square inches of cooking space, this configuration is great for entertaining and enjoying time with family and friends. Ok, it took every dang muscle I had to get this modular in my backyard but without my stepson, it wouldn’t have been possible. I’m so very happy with my purchase and I can’t wait to put some baby back ribs on it. The griddle door was damaged, so I called customer service and they immediately started an order for replacement and told me to keep it or donate it. What great service Wayfair has. I’ll continue to do business with them!
