The oven sits directly on the cooking surface of your grill and is powered by the heat source of your grill. The inside of the oven features stainless steel sides that provide reflective heat to the top of your pizza for evenly cooked toppings. The oven is equipped with a temperature gauge that allows you to easily track the oven’s temperature while in use. The oven can be used for much more than just pizza. The 12 inch aluminum pizza peel is the perfect tool for easily transferring pizza to and from the oven. It fits great on our 17inch Blackstone grill. Hubby can built a pizza to his likings and not heat up the inside. In addition, we will be making corn muffins, loaf of bread and rolls outside to go with those steaks in the summer and a nice pot of chili in the fall! This thing is legit like straight fire! I made the most mouth watering pizza on my PROPANE grill ( you know hank hill says propane is better Then charcoal ) I’d buy this thing again if I ever loose one (which I will ) I’ll buy a new one! So you should by this to if you want?
